A tool we use in this process is Lattice GROW, which helps us facilitate professional development within our organization. It offers a basic framework that enables employees and managers to work together on creating meaningful goals, monitoring progress, and providing constructive feedback throughout the year. Our Particle, Chris Burke, has embraced GROW at Article.
