Real estate audit and accounting professional with 20 + years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in lease audit, lease administration, real estate accounting, and lease advisory services. I have a background in forensic accounting and fraud investigation, as well as an accounting and audit certificate program from McGill University.
My mission is to help commercial tenants optimize their lease expenses, identify and recover historical billing discrepancies, and prevent future billing errors. I have partnered with reputable companies in the real estate industry, representing office, retail, and industrial tenants across the United States and Canada. I have delivered close to $1 million in savings every year, 50+ happy clients, and 750+ files reviewed per year. I also offer other consulting services, such as lease abstraction, lease data management, rent roll preparation, rent change analysis, and critical date reporting.
